2.0: Section 1: Eating for Long Life
Update 31 Octr 2021
I offer ideas, developed from years of self experiment with observation of my eating and its outcomes. Also I reviewed the science. I measure my lifetime’s good eating at age 88 by a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 18, a blood LDL-cholesterol 58 mg% (1.5mMoles/Liter) with HDL (Hi-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol) 50 to 60 (1.4 to 1.6 mM/L), a blood pressure that ranges from 105/55 to 135/82 with resting heart rate 55 to 72 beats per minute, a well functioning mind and also a feeling of good health with a joie de vivre, including sexual orgasms, plus enjoying eating, drinking and opioid and living my life to its healthy hilt. When I compare my eating in its outcome to others' outcomes, I think I offer good advice.

On the circadian cycle affect on your eating: Each 24 hours by the clock one's appetite cycles to a minimum at around 8 am and a maximum in early evening at suppertime.  Just pay attention to your own appetite and you'll see how noticeable the affect is.  Then make use of it in arranging your eating to have less calories over the 24 hours.
